The hotel is conveniently located near the main street, lake, and bus stop for Tiger reserve. Rooms are comfortable with fans and ample space. Breakfast is plentiful and satisfying. Staff works hard to accommodate guests.
Some rooms lack amenities like air conditioning and safes, and maintenance is not always consistent.

The hotel is located in a central area, making it convenient to access all the facilities and the market area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a lovely clean bathroom. I particularly liked the rooms with a balcony looking out on a bamboo grove, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and provides excellent service.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was near to the market and bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and provided excellent service throughout my visit.

The hotel had a decent location and was situated conveniently near the national park and town. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a free drink on arrival. the rooms were spacious and had fans that worked well.
the bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on and there were signs of mold and mildew in the bathroom.

The location was great for exploring the city. The hotel was near the market and within walking distance to attractions. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. The room was clean and spacious which was a definite plus.
The hotel was not without its flaws. The staff seemed to want to charge us for everything, including basic amenities like drinking water.
